Take a taxi....its cheaper...
OK so the stats for the first half of the year are out and basically during the day the arresting officers are eating donuts and as soon a HH comes around they hike up their belts and move to the corner of Washington ready for the unsuspecting over worked first time offenders....here's the scoop..
Harris County DWI arrests:
2008: 1,555
2009: 1,633
2010: 2,179
2011: 2,211
2012: 1,367 through June, on pace for 2,734 for the year
Wow, that's impressive even to me....someone who's not normally impressed by numbers. So when in doubt take a taxi, it will save you a year of DIVERT annoyance and lots of $$ :)
